Ashley Puchalski, Esquire graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, earning her B.A. in Social Work. In 2019, she graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Attorney Puchalski’s law review article Does What Happens In Vegas Really Stay In Vegas: The Potential Impact of the Las Vegas Massacre on Domestic Hotel Security and Individual Privacy Rights in Home- Like Places was published in Volume 57 of the Duquesne Law Review and she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research & Writing I & II
Before joining McGrail & Associates in 2020, Attorney Puchalski worked for a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh as a litigation associate.
